Dr. Osmundson is passionate when it comes to educating his patients about glaucoma.
“Glaucoma is a symptom-less disease,” Osmundson said. “Unless you’re examined for it, you’d never know you have it.”
His greatest challenge is educating patients about glaucoma, because it can be hard to grab people’s attention about the disease.
After receiving his BS from South Dakota State University, he received his MD from the University of South Dakota School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Missouri and his glaucoma fellowship at the University of Utah.
Dr. Osmundson enjoys the technology used in ophthalmology and relishes the opportunity to improve the lives of his patients.
